This contest not in conjunction with the ‘pre-screened’ offer. *No purchase or submission to sales presentation necessary. Purchase does not increase chance of winning. Void where prohibited. See complete rules available at dealership office. Contest begins SEPTEMBER 19, 2007 and ends SEPTEMBER 20, 2007.
Open to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license who received an original mail piece via U.S. Mail. Employees of dealership, mailhouse, AHNO, associated sponsors or agencies, and their family members and members of same household are ineligible. Addressee must redeem original mail piece in person by close of business on SEPTEMBER 20, 2007.
No other individual may redeem this mail piece or attempt the contest on behalf of the addressee. In order to claim a grand prize, contestant must be the randomly selected individual on file with American Hole ‘n One, Inc. who was mailed a game piece printed with winning information programmed into the swipe card that opens the door of the box, and must reside at the address to where the winning mail piece was mailed.
Available prizes, approximate retail value and odds of winning: $5,000 IN CASH, 1:5,000. Maximum of one prize award available per prize level. In the unlikely event of print/mechanical errors or duplicate winning cards distributed in error, mechanism malfunction, the card swipe contest is void and no prizes will be awarded. In event an error voids contest, promotion will be re-mailed at a future date.
All validly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor not responsible for late,lost, misdirected or damaged mail.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE of the card swipe prize box
1.) Use only the card you received with the invitation from the dealership, on the sale dates of September 19 and 20.
2.) W ith card in hand, the back of the card facing you, and the black bar / mag strip at the bottom of the card, slide your card through the electronic card reader from right to left.
If your card opens the door of the prize box and you are verified as the predetermined winner by the promotion company (Hole ‘n One Ins. Co.), then youhave won the grand prize.

Odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 5,000. The winning card has been mailed/assigned to a pre-determined individual. Only the promotion company has that information. Therefore, you must be verified as the winner by them, before the grand prize can be awarded. In the unlikely event of multiple cards opening the box, or an electronic malfunction, there is only one pre-determined winner. Tampering with or forcing open the door of the prize box in any manner other than which it was intended, by a contestant or any other person or persons, will void the contest. The promotional company (Hole ‘n One), the dealership and the manufacturer of the prize box will all be held harmless. |
